This was fleshed out further by a series of workshop DLCs. you may turn your corner of the barren wasteland into a fortified town filledwith settlers and shops.This means that all the junk you can find in the wasteland can be used to build your settlements.
Circuitry is one of the most important crafting components in the entire game. It comes in handy for upgrading high-tech weaponry like laser rifles and building electronic defenses like turrets. It can be difficult to find in the Commonwealth, but this guide will show you where to look for circuitry.

Junk Items
Items found in the wasteland can bescrapped down to their base components. The Scrapper perk will double the amount of components gained from items when you have brought it up to Level 3.
It’s hard to find circuitryout inFallout 4’s wasteland sitting around. Your best bet to find some will be bylooting destroyed turrets.Here are the items you can scrap into circuitry and some locations where you can find them.

One near the corpse of Tara Astin at National Guard Training Yard
Picked up during the Lost Patrol & Liberty Reprimed quests

Can be found in kitchen areas in Vault 111 & The Prydwen
Many can be found at Red Rocket gas stations
Two can be found in Wattz Consumer Electronics
Sold at settlement general stores
Can be looted off of destroyed robots

Shipments
You can also purchase circuitry in shipments. Shipments are junk items bought in bulk from certain vendors. They can be expensive, but a convenient way to get a lot of components quickly. Purchase the shipment note toredeem it at your settlement.You can also scrap the note to immediately get the components. Here are the locations and vendors where you can buy circuitry shipments.
