Some people just can’t wait until E3 to make their big announcements. With the games industry headed to Los Angeles next week for the yearly trade show, developers and publishers are gearing up for a week of big announcements and reveals. However, one of the biggest publishers, in terms of how many titles it releases, plans to get ahead of the game with a few announcements set to come very soon.

PublisherTHQ Nordichas confirmed it will reveal three new, unannounced games, over the next three days, via Facebook and Twitter. The first game is set to be revealed tomorrow, June 5th, at 10am EST, while the second and third games will be shown at 2pm EST on June 6th and 7th. Considering the large quantity of IPTHQ Nordicnow owns, there are a ton of games that could be included in these announcements.

For instance, a list of unannounced THQ Nordic games seemingly surfaced during the company’s 8chan AMA a few months ago. This list included the likes ofDarksiders: Genesis, Destroy All Humans, Biomutant, andMonster Jam, and rumor now has it that these games are part of whatTHQ Nordic will reveal at E3. While the reveal of a fourthDarksidersgame has now been confirmed for the E3 Coliseum event, a pre-E3 announcement of one of the other titles would be a delight to longtime fans.

That said, THQ Nordic currently has over 80 games in development, and with the publisher’s desire to own as many IP as possible, the return of many other dormant franchisescould make up one or more of the game announcements coming this week. IP acquired by THQ Nordic recently include, but are not limited to,Timesplitters,Kingdoms of Amalur, andSaints Row,to name a few.

A few years ago, the THQ brand resurfaced after the original company went bankrupt in 2012. At the time, Nordic Games acquired a number of the IP being sold off by the company as it began to fold, and, in 2015,Nordic Games was renamedTHQ Nordic.Since then, the publisher has gone on a shopping spree of acquiring whatever properties it sees fit, and if there was ever a time to show off as many of your games as possible, E3, and, in this case, the week before it, is as good a time as any.
