In the world ofFire Emblem, units started with a beginner Class that could be upgraded into a stronger Class with the help of a Master Seal. InFire Emblem: Three Houses, Classes were split up into different tiers and introduced Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Seals.
While certain units work better with certain Classes, everyone is capable of learning and mastering almost every Class thatThree Houseshas to offer. This Class system/mechanic makes a return inFire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes.

Upon mastering a Class, units will learn Combat Arts and Abilities. The best way to strengthen characters is to master various Classes, but ranking Classes up can be time-consuming. Fortunately,Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopesmakes it easier to master Classes than its predecessor,Three Houses.

Ranking-Up Classes and Class Experience
It should go without saying that one way to level up Classes is by having units partake in battle. Not only will characters level up, but they’ll also receive Class Experience.
Beginner Classes like the Myrmidon and Soldier Classes are easier to rank up than a Master Class like the Mortal Servant. Keep in mind that it’s impossible to gain Class Experience for more than one Class at a time.
Players can switch between Classesthey’ve learned with a Class Seal by going into the Convoy. Use ZR or ZL to scroll to the Change Class tab. In order to unlock stronger Classes, players will need to master the previous Class in the same “tree/branch.” For example, Pegasus Knight (Intermediate; female units only) and Cavalier (Intermediate) become available after mastering Soldier (Beginner). Classes can be learned by selecting Aquire Class at the Training Instructor.
Class Experience can be earned from Main and Side Missions, Paralogues, and Extra Quests. Completed levels can be replayed at the Record Keeper at camp. However, the more Side Missions/surveying players do on the War Map,the less Renown they’ll earnfrom completing the Chapter/Main Mission.
If Renown isn’t something players are concerned with, then take advantage of every Mission the Chapter has to offer.
One strategy is to equip a unit with a Class they have the most proficiency in, or an Advanced/Master-tier Class. This is indicated by the blue arrows on the Change/Aquire Class screen.
Experience will go towards the “main Class” while other Classes can be ranked up at the Training Facility at camp. Once mastered, switch to a Class with the desired Abilities and take them into battle.
There aren’t anyspecial requirements to getting Class Experience, but the more players use a unit to battle, the more experience they’ll gain towards level, Class, and Combat Arts (if they’re used). This can be accomplished by defeating multiple enemies and capturing strongholds.
Equip a character with theProvokeability from the Swordmaster Class to increase the number of enemies for that particular unit.

Use the Training Grounds
Since Shez isn’t a teacher like Byleth,Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopescreates a new way of building Weapon Rank and Class Mastery. The Training Instructor unlocks immediately at the start of Chapter 4 on each route.
LikeThree Houses' Activity Points,Three Hopeshas Training Points that can be used at the Training Facility to strengthen units.
At the start, players will only have two points. These can be replenished by surveying the War Map and will be restored/maxed outwhen players advanceThree Hopes' story. However, Training Points willnottransfer at the start of a new chapter, so it’s best to use them before tackling the Main Mission.
Perhaps a player has 1 out of 2 Training Points by the time they complete Chapter 4. At the beginning of Chapter 5, players will only have 2 Training Points instead of 3 Training Points because Training and Activity Points will not carry over to later chapters.
Players can expand the limit of Training Points by building on the Training Facility using Resource Materials, which can be farmed from surveying ortrading at the Supply Depot(Chapter 5). A completed Training Facility will give players 8 Training Points per chapter.
Select Train at the Training Instructor to set up units. Each time the Facility is used, one Training Point will be consumed. There are four slots that fit two units. Just as players increase Training Points, Training Slots can be increased via the Facilities Master if players have the right materials.
The Training Instructor is a great way tobuild Supports between charactersas well. Assign two units to one slot, and then select which Class they should train in. Press (+)/Start once finished, and units will begin training, and one Training Point will be consumed.
Training is on a 3-point Ranking System. Characters that rankNICEwill gain a little experience and may be able to reach 1-star of a Beginner Class. RankingGREATmay get 2-stars, whilePERFECTgrants enough experience to max out the lower Classes (3-stars).
Once a unit has “MASTERED” by their Class, equip them with a different Class to train in. Characters will not gain any experience from the Facility if they’re training with a MASTERED Class.
