This may seem generous, but some of these are only available in late-game areas or are otherwise easy to miss for players who aren’t deliberately collecting them all. For players who have already used all of their available Larval Tears, their only option, aside from usingmods forElden Ring, is to start a New Game Plus run, which will consequently increase the difficulty of the game for each consecutive playthrough.
