Dragon Age 4 Gameplay at EA Play
It does seem unlikely that gameplay fromDragon Age 4will be shown off at EA Play, but it would be a great benefit for fans if it was. There are a surprising amount of questions surrounding exactly howDragon Age 4is going to play when it releases, and a glimpse at gameplay would be a great way to clear it all up. One of the biggest questions surrounding the game’s gameplay was the original plan forDragon Age 4to be a live service title. The plan was reportedly scrapped, but it does raise questions as to what the plan replacing it all entails.
Other questions about what formDragon Age 4will take come from just how much the series has changed over its lifespan.Dragon Age: Originswas a more traditional BioWare roleplaying game, whileDragon Age 2became more action-oriented, andDragon Age: Inquisitionincreased the scope to be a more grand open-world title. This has led many fans to wonder what they should expect fromDragon Age 4’s combat and gameplay systems. It could revert back to the more traditional tactical combat of the first entry in the series, or it could innovate the series further and maybe even takeconstricting classes out ofDragon Age.
Regardless of what formDragon Age 4ends up taking it would be great for the game to make some sort of appearance at next month’s EA Play event.Dragon Agefans have been waiting a long time for any information on the title. The reveal does not have to answer all of the fans' questions, and likely won’t answer the more complicated ones like whether or notDragon Ageis done with time travel, but showing any aspect of the game is a promising enough start for now.
