Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Waris only a few weeks away from release, and with the game approaching its official launch, the trophy and achievement list has appeared online. With the list in hand,Black Ops Cold Warfans can get an early idea of what they will need to accomplish in campaign, multiplayer, and zombies in order to obtain all the achievements.WARNING: Potential Spoilers Below.
Starting off withCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s campaign offering, which make of over half the list, the usual trophies exist for completing each campaign mission. As expected, a completion of the game on Veteran or Realism will award Xbox players with 100 gamerscore or a gold trophy on PlayStation platforms. Aside from mission completion trophies, specific trophy and achievement objectives within certain levels return as well.

Multiplayer Achievements
Zombies Achievements
“Keep Your Friends Close” tasks players with performing Body Shield 5 times, which is likely some form of skill or ability within a campaign mission. The trophy should be easier to track on all next-gen consoles due toa leaked PS5 featurethat Xbox has had for a while, which sees progress tracked for the unlockable badges of honor. “Patriot Arrow," another campaign trophy, sees players “kill an enemy with the secret weapon while ziplining during Yamantau.” With the name in mind, the secret weapon could very easily be a classic explosive crossbow from the originalBlack Ops.
Another trophy that can be obtained as players hunt downBlack Ops Cold Warvillain Perseusis “Mind Trip,” which tasks players with seeing “all 7 memory endings and play through all 4 path ends in Prisoner.” Whatever this mission is, it certainly sounds trippy and hints at someone with a broken mental state being playable. Perhaps players will take control of Alex Mason at some point in the campaign after all, as this trophy certainly sounds like something related to him.
The rest of the campaign trophies include mostly kill requirements with certain vehicles or weapons, though “The Red Door” tasks players with “disobeying Adler’s order to go through the door.” As for theBlack Ops Cold Warmultiplayertrophies, regarding kills and medals. Perhaps the most time-consuming trophy and achievement in multiplayer is “Mean Machine," which tasks players with getting 100 vehicle kills. The remainder of the trophies deal with the Zombies mode, tasking players with building the returning Pack-A-Punch machine and completing a main story quest for the “Seal the Deal” trophy that sees them “close the rift.”
The upgradeable perks ofBlack Ops Cold WarZombies are also mentioned in two separate trophies, while another achievement called “Entamaphobia” tasks fans with staying in the yard area for 15 rounds. The last few trophies deal with progressing inDead Ops Arcade 3, making for an achievement list that features an incredible amount of variety and a decent amount of challenge.
