More and more people have come to realize thatanimeis a great storytelling medium, and it helps that there are literally hundreds of different series to choose from. Like all forms of fiction, fans gravitate towards anime characters because of their personalities and history, the things which show they are human. Anime tends to give characters as much personal detail as possible, which is why most characters have a birthday. Certain series make it a point to celebrate specific birthdays, and it turns out that several well-known anime characters were born in June.

Most of these characters can be found in popular shonen series, and many of them happen to be male. That being said, several great female characters were also born in June. These characters were born human, but many of them possesses some type of supernatural ability. Others happen to be very skilled with weapons. Many of the best anime characters who were born in June fall into hero category, but a few villains stand out as well. These characters are memorable because of their character arcs, backstories, and overall strength.

His childhood was pretty rough, as he was held by an influential Ghoul, and this experience made it so that he no longer feels things like pain or fear. He stitches himself as a form of body modification, and he is a very talented fighter who can take on some of the more terrifying Ghouls. He was born June 8th.

Other than the Supreme Deity, she is seen as the strongest Goddess, and her 107th incarnation was born on June 18th.

She was born on June 2nd, and her father trained her to be a ninja from a very young age, which explains why she is so good at throwing kunai. Thanks to her training, Sarutobi’s aim is perfect, despite the fact that she has poor eyesight. Later on in the series, Sarutobi is forced to repair her glasses, but they are far from ordinary. They allow her to analyze an opponent’s power level, and she can shoot laser beams from them.

InInuyasha,Mirokuis a known womanizer, but he is also a kind and brave pacifist who would willingly sacrifice himself to protect others. He was born on June 2nd, and from the moment he was born, he was forced to live with a literal ticking clock.
His grandfather battled a powerful half-demon named Naraku numerous times, and Naraku placed a curse on his right hand which was passed down to his decedents. This curse is known as the Wind Tunnel, and it is essentially a black hole in the center of the wielder’s palm. If Naraku was not defeated, Miroku would have eventually been sucked into it. Miroku started off as a lecherous con-man, but his virtuous nature emerged after meeting Inuyasha and Kagome. His relationship with Sango is arguably one of the best romances in anime.

She created Love Breathing, which is an effective breathing style because Mitsuri pours love into her movements and swordsmanship.
Mitsuri possesses unnatural physical strength and endurance because she was born with a special muscular composition. When she was younger, she hid this strength, and her true hair color, because she feared no man would love her. She has searched for true love ever since, and she has found it with Obanai Iguro - a fellow Hashira. Mitsuri is a passionate and kind person, and she is strong enough to fight an Upper Moon-ranked demon on her own. She was born on June 1st.

He was born on June 2nd, and he was recruited by CP9 when he was just six years old. Lucci is known for his emotionless demeanor, but he does not like being insulted. He believes that weakness is a sin, and he will do anything and kill anyone if they go against the World Nobles and his view of justice. Lucci has learned to use Observation and Armament Haki, and he has awakened his Devil Fruit. Unlike most awakened Zoan user, Lucci has retained his consciousness and personality.

Hisoka wishes to fight as many powerful individuals as possible, and he does not mind killing whatsoever. He possesses enhanced physical abilities and a keen mind which makes him a master strategist. He can change the texture and appearance of flat surfaces, and his Bungee Gum ability turns his aura into very durable, flexible, and sticky elastic.

InMy Hero Academia,Pro Heroes use their Quirks to help others, andAll Mightwas Japan’s top Hero for decades. He was born on June 10th, but unlike most humans, he was born without a Quirk. Despite having no power of his own, All Might proved that he was worthy of inheriting One For All. This Quirk gives its user superhuman strength, speed, endurance, durability, and reflexes. It offers other abilities too, but All Might never unlocked them.
All Might is a selfless Pro Herowho would gladly sacrifice his own life if it meant saving a single person. His heroic actions inspired many children to become Pro Heroes themselves, and he helped to train the next generation of Japanese Heroes after retiring. That being said, All Might continues to help Japan any way he can - even if it means fighting on the front lines in his weakened form.

Kenshin countinued to carry a katana, but he vowed to never kill anyone with it. Most of the time, Kenshin is a humble and stoic figure who will gladly put others first, but he has a furious side as well. His skills helped to end a war, and he could take out multiple opponents with ease. This master swordsman was born on June 20th.
Sailor Moonhas been around since the 90s, and it helped to turn a generation of young girls into anime fans.Usagi Tsukinois the main character, and she was born on June 30th. She was originally a member of the Moon Kingdom, but she was reborn on Earth where she became Sailor Moon,the leader of the Sailor Guardians.
Usagi is known for her long blond hair, and when she goes into battle, she wears her iconic armored leotard uniform. She does not like fighting, but when she does, she uses powers that revolve around moonlight, healing, love, and purification.
