It’s just 20 days into the first season ofApex Legendsand its 90-dayBattle Pass. It’s a good amount of time for players to have properly evaluated progression in the Battle Pass while still having 70 days to surmount all 100+ levels. One outlet, GamingFeature, has gone a step further and provided a detailed breakdown of the Battle Pass' experience system. Their infographic shows not just where players should be if they want to reach level 110 by the end of the season, but also the best methods for achieving that goal.
According to the infographic, players hoping to reach level 100 by the end ofApex LegendsSeason 1 on June 8th should be level 20 by now. Those targetinglevel 110 and the golden Havoc skin rewardshould be at level 25. Both targets imply an even rate of experience gained each of Season 1’s 90 days. An average of at least 35,000 XP each day is required to reach the 3.2 million XP needed for level 110.

This simple approach to Battle Pass progression inApex Legendsis both a blessing and a curse. It means that there’s going to be some grinding required, since there are no specific tasks to accomplish like inFortnite. However, it also means that players can effectively play how they like and still make good progress in the Battle Pass.
For those wanting to progress as efficiently as possible in the Battle Pass, there are some basic things to keep in mind. Most experience comes from staying alive (3 per second), with it being doubled if the player is on a character with bonus XP (25,000 XP per week, per Legend). After that, XP comes from playing with friends, reviving and respawning downed allies, damage, kills, being the kill leader, and placing in the top 3 or winning.
To provide a sense of perspective regarding progressing through the Battle Pass inApex Legends, GamingFeature put together a few key bullet points. It takes 139 minutes to max a single Legend’s bonus XP each week by earning at least 50,000 XP per Legend. At 35,000 XP required a day, it will take no more than 5 Legends' bonus XP a week to reach 110 by the end of the season.
Those willing to put in 20 hours a week, maxing out the bonus XP on every singleApex LegendsLegend, could reach 110 in as little as 7.5 weeks. Those hoping to minimize their time investment while still reaching 110 will require no more than 11.6 hours a week, or no more than 1.7 hours a day based purely on Survival XP and Bonus XP. With all of theadditional sources of XPtaken into account, players reaching for level 110 are looking at around 1 to 1.5 hours a day of play.
Reaching level 110 in 90 days is no simple task. But for fans ofApex Legendswho’ll be playing whether or not there’s a Battle Pass, it’s eminently within reach.
